* Human Resources Management Assessment Tool (HRMAT):
- Consolidating the action plan based on customer’s evaluation value and feedback at last calibration.
- Track the progress of action plan, lead & support HR’s related teams to implement action plan and HRMAT’s recalibration.
* Performance Management:
- Enhance the Performance Management system to make sure the alignment from top management’s goals & KPI to the team members.
- Enhance the capabilities of HR team members through training and coaching.
* Lead HRBP for Lean 2.0 Project
- Set up the plan to develop the activities Lean 2.0 project (HR related Enablers).
- Tracking the progress and give support HRBP’s Team member if needed
- Graduated University
- At least 5 years of experience with HR field. Especially for Talent & Organization development.
- Fluency in English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Good planning, project management and problem solving skills.
- Good at consulting and coaching skills.
- Able to work teamwork and built a strong team.
- Experience in HRBP for production and in HRIS development is preferred
