Mô tả công việc

- Build, supplement and complete all processes, regulations and documents applied in the company
- Manage, monitor, inspect and urge employees to implement the companys rules and regulations.
- Plan and develop personnel strategies, keep the human resource systems be streamlined and suitable for each stage of development.
- Directly handle labor relations, commendation and discipline, and at the same time formulate preferential regimes and policies for employees
- Plan and implement activities to connect employees, build a professional, friendly and modern working environment.
- Promptly update and implement the regulations, policies and jobs related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance, and perform procedures on employee benefits.
- Advise and propose to the General Director issues in the field of personnel such as personnel structure, organizational structure, administration, training, recruitment.
- Perform other arising jobs when required
* Benefit:
- Salary: gross 900 - 1500 USD
- 13-month salary, Tet bonus

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/Female. age 28-37
- English (Japanese from N2 is an advantage)
- University degree or higher, graduated in law, human resource management, business administration
- Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
- Have good knowledge and always update latest law provisions on Salary, Labor Law, Social Insurance.
- Know RBA standards and ERP systems, experience in OKR, MBO, 360 degree evaluation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of psychology and human behavior.
- Ability to communicate, persuade and negotiate well.
- High responsibility, confidence, assertiveness and fairness.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
