Mô tả công việc
- Check attendance (time management machine for staff), work closely with other department to fix data
- Calculate payroll, PIT, insurance and make sure data correctly, report to parent Company in Thailand and payment on time
- Print and send pay lips to staff
- Answer staff’s queries about payment
-Process recruitment with supplier of HR Companies, checking contract and payment schedule.
- Check CV and select suitable candidate for each position
- Prepare offer letter after the director give employment decision
3. Labor contract
- Make labor contract for new staff.
- Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal.
- Follow probation time and labor contract’s expiration to process evaluation on time
- Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex to labor contract are given to employees on time.
- Have good knowledge of Labor Law, insurance law
4. Social insurance, medical insurance
- Prepare and submit insurance form, follow up payment for insurance for staff monthly
- Meeting social management in case the data is not correct
5. Other job
- Manage cash book and clear cash checking monthly with accountant
- Prepare document for Work Permit, Visa and residence card for foreigner staff
- Prepare document for changing business licence
- Check insurance contract with insurance company and follow it
- Check house rental contract and temporary residence registration for foreigner staff
- Arrange and manage car schedule
- Check the cleaning of Company
- Buy and manage office miscellaneous supplies
Other jobs will be assigned by the manager and discuss in the interview

Yêu cầu công việc
- University/College degree of HR professional.
- Minimum 05 year of related experience in HR and Admin
*Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good communication and problem solving skill and leader skill
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
