- In charge on making the new, extension of visa, passport, resident permit, work permit for foreigner.
- In charge on taking care the Company’s policy of Social Insurance, Health Insurance and resignation procedure for employee.
- Control and update staff’s information, follow up labor contract period, resignation.
- In charge on taking care of notary documents, contacting to concerned authorities as request.
- Prepared salary structure, administering payroll, working time, absence, overtime, annual leave recording, and maintaining employee records
- Make report to BOD
- Recruitment: preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Checking, following-up and reporting about the labors every month
- In charge on preparing the form of taking annual leave, working overtime, change shift, sick leave, compensatory leave,… as request.
- In charge on taking care of filling system for HR section
- Support department in training activities
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manage if any.
- Education: Graduated University or related fields.
+ Understand well about the Law of Viet Nam
+ Computer skill: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
+ English skill: at least B level: speaking, listening, reading and writing fluently
+ Catching up the changing of regulation that mentions about the jobs as assignment above.
+ Ability to work independently as well as within a team
+ Be able to make the personnel plan in working, finish the job as the schedule.
- Experiences: Having at least 2 years of experience in C&B or HR General
