Mô tả công việc

POSITION SUMMARY:
To play the role of the receptionist and provide other administrative works to the Brewery
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Receptionist tasks
- Visitor reception
- To operate Head office switchboard: To ensure all the coming phones/ fax to be transferred & message, i.e., to be sent appropriately to the right person
- Mails & couriers receipt & distribution
- To take care of the reception area, ensuring it’s in good condition always, clean, tidy and good looking.
2. Administrative tasks
- To arrange office furniture, meeting room booking, LCD booking and ensure the availability the booked space as scheduled
- To manage and make sure the cleaner work, as well as coordinate with tea lady to ensure the serving of drinking water to guests and meetings.
- To do PO and payment as: Telephone, cleaning, Gardening …
- To manage the services of contractors on cleaning, gardening, rubbish disposal, pest control.
- To manage catering service (canteen activities such as menu ordering, daily orders checking, recording), food services for staff on daily basis and for staff functions.
- To gather and order beer for monthly staff sales.
- To coordinate other departments for getting efficient supports to organising all social activities/ PR activities
- To perform other duties as required by the Supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree
- Knowledge of administration
- Telephone skill
- Strong communication skill (both in English and Vietnamese)
- Good-looking, nice voice, cheerful and service minded
- Responsible person with good organisation skill
- Good computer literacy (Word, Excel)
