*Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
*Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
*Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
*Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
*Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
*Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
*Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
*Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
*Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate.
*Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
*Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
*Ensuring the Customer Relationship Management is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage.
*Implementing best practice in sales techniques throughout the department.
*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
* Age: 30 - 35 years old
*Over 5 year sales experience at managerial role with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement, preferably in healthcare industry.
* Passionate with start-up
* Excellent communication in both Vietnamese & English
*Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue and client count growth as well as expense control
*Experience running and building a sales team
*Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline
*Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams.
*Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
