Global Trade and Receivables Finance -
Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Transaction Services Manager
In this role, you will:
- Direct and control the operations process to minimize operational loss
- Identify potential business opportunities for GTRF
- Keep Trade Sales team/ RMs updated of customers performance and their business plan to maximize returns
- Work with stakeholders on exploring complicated structures/solutions to accomodate clients demand
- Manage internal/external customer complaints
- Manage and drive team performance to achieve departments objectives and targets, also in line with group procedures/local regulations etc. and contributes to the improvement of operation process
- Provide excellent services to clients
- Establish and maintain customer relationship by customer visits/entertainments with CS/BDMs and/or RMs
- Coach, provide guidance for the development of team members
- Work with internal/regional stakeholders for related projects developed from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 7-8 years experience in banking - international trade products and customer services.
- Thoroughly understand international practices:UCP600, URC, URR, ISBP, ISP, URDG etc.
- CDCS/CSDG is an advantage
· University degree with major in Banking and Finance or Economic
· Customer and results oriented
· Good command in English (both in written and oral)
· Good knowledge of trade products and International Rules applied such as: UCP 600, ISBP, URC, URDG, ISP etc
