Mô tả công việc

Department: Service
Purpose of Function:
Ensure service assistance as directed (geographically, by product line, by task, etc.) for customer satisfaction and revenue and contract development to internal & external customers
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Performs installation & provides basic technical training (knobology)
• Liaisons with concerned authorities to complete the commissioning at the earliest
• Completes the necessary documentation and submits to relevant authorities / internal department for revenue recognition
2. Performs warranty and corrective repairs / maintenance visits
• Liaisons with Sales staffs & End-user to complete the PMs in time
• Completes & submits documentation for timely billing & revenue recognition in every month
• Strives for minimal response time and repair time for every corrective repair call
• Ensures proper disinfection, labelling & short turn-around time for devices returned to Workshop for repairs
3. Feedback quality situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country
• Address escalations & seek quick solutions for technical problems encountered in Field
• Complaint registration for Product Quality issues
• Market intellegence on service pricing & policies of competition
4. Makes constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs
• Warranty conversions immediately when having the contract
• Contract renewals before end of existing Contract periods
• Ensures profitable sale of Spare parts & services
5. Strive to achieve Revenue Targets of Service department
• Optimizes net-sales within his territory
• Works towards profitable margins
6. Makes efforts to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation
• Strives to get acknowledgement & formal appreciation for good services provided
• Encourages & collects regular feedback on customer satisfaction
• Controls difficult situations from escalation and tries to avoid complaint letters
7. Ensures Draeger and DV is recognized as main contact point for customers, not channel partners
8. Provides support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc
• Pre-sale tests before releasing Demo devices
9. Compliance all the service Procedure Standard & Protocols
Reporting Relationships
• Functionally reports to: Business Development Manager
• Administratively reports to: Business Development Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Minimally Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Related Experience:
1. 3 Years’ experience in Field Service
2. Working experience in Safety environment would be an advantage
Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications: MS Office proficiency
