Mô tả công việc
- Support Senior Executive in managing day-to-day operating expenditures to support team to ensure effective delivery of team’s goals.
- Understand customers/team’s characteristics and be able to support any teams when requested.
- Execute/review/revise work processes and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and client/customer service.
- Ensure all projects of team are monitored and kept tracking with relevant departments until going-live.
- Be responsible for system management, e-invoice customer’s information management for team.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities to help the Customer Service staff in solving problems that affect the service quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate and verify information/status with relevant stakeholders to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Identify and evaluate key areas/processes to improve upon to increase client and customer satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective and efficient service to customers.
- Be accountable for monthly KPIs and incentive of team.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients/customers.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Order Processing field/ Operating or Customer Service function.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in customer service principles and practices.
- Proven SAP knowledge or similar system.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Advanced Excel-Macro is preferable)
- Proven experience in call center/customer service environments.
- Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
