Develop content strategy complete with content calendar, target personas, key topics, and distribution channels
Create content that shares life /culture at our company via video, photos, blog posts, etc
Distribute talent branding content across our owned and social media
Track impact and ROI of content through our ATS, recruitment marketing solution, and various other analytics packages from vendors
Engage our followers on social media, and grow follower base
Engage employees across organization to help with content creation and distribution
Manage agency partners in charge of content creation, and ad buying
Manage company careers site and accompanying microsites
Create email nurture campaigns across our various talent communities
Run paid social media campaigns to target hard to find applicants
Involve in employee value proposition - EVP project with 3rd party consultant across various regions and departments
In charge for eNPS tracking & come up with solution to improve the score
Manage online employer reputation across various review sites including responding to reviews and encouraging current employees to leave reviews.
Develop educational materials for recruiting team to standardize messaging and an enjoyable candidate experience
Support IC team for some IC Campaign / initiatives that can build the inside out approach for Employer Branding such as: Edit Newsletter / Corporate Communications
Support TA in job fair organizing, internship program
Planning and overseeing the production of all printed recruiting materials, including brochures, fliers, signage, slides and ads.

Yêu cầu công việc
A bachelors degree in HR, marketing, advertising or related fields is required.
Should have three to five years of experience in corporate communications, recruiting, emarketing, advertising or journalism or social media promotions.
Strong project management skills and Microsoft Office mastery are essential.
Ideal candidates have experience managing website content and working with Google analytics.
Strong interpersonal/listening and oral/written communication skills
Talented in writing both English and Vietnamese
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Be responsible to complete assigned tasks on time without compromising quality of result.
Bring a new and creative lens to projects with a strong bent towards creativity
Be an execution machine that can multi task and drive results after the initial planning is complete, but also maintain the ability to iterate on the plan as you see fit
Be a digital native who cant live without social media and thrives in an always on and connected world
Understand what makes an incredible web presence, and have built websites in the past either in concert with an internal team, or by flexing your own knowledge of HTML and content management systems
Have experience developing both digital and non-digital marketing assets
Analytics is second nature and an analytical mindset underpins the decision making around new and existing initiatives
Have worked with content creation teams, and have familiarity with tools like Photoshop, video editing software, WordPress, etcwebsites in the past either in concert with an internal team, or by flexing own knowledge of HTML and content management systems
