Lux-Development, the Executing Agency for Bilateral Co-operation financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is assisting the Cao Bang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to implement the project VIE036 “ Irrigation Cao Bang, Wise Use of Water and Agriculture” (WUWA). The project VIE/036 WUWA has three result areas: 1. Agricultural Productivity – Optimized, diversified and more resilient agricultural production systems; 2. Access to Water – Increased water availability for agricultural production systems; 3.
