Mô tả công việc

*Reports to :Operations Manager
1. Lead a team of Doctor’s Assistants;
2. Assists with training other Doctor’s Assistants;
3. Manage team work schedule;
4. Escort patients to doctor’s rooms & ready patient for treatment;
5. Assist doctor during medical examinations;
6. Organizing & scheduling appointments;
7. Updating & filling out patient’s medical file;
8. Give instructions to patients as instructed by doctor;
9. Ensure all related reports, information is available in patient’s medical records;
10. Keep doctor’s room stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required & in accordance with the Clinic’s requirements;
11. Process messages from patients & front desk staff to doctors;
12. Conduct follow-up phone calls with new patients & when patients do not follow through with the prescribed treatment plan.
13. Ability to maintain effective & organized systems to ensure timely patient flow;
14. Ad-hoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Degree in the relevant field is preferred;
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position;
3. Knowledge of medical terminology;
4. Ability to interact professionally with healthcare practitioners & patients;
5. Must be detailed oriented & complete work tasks.
6. Excellent customer service with ability to effectively communication information & interpersonal skills;
7. Good problem solving skills & the ability to handle conflicts & maintain composure even in difficult situations;
8. Ability to work well under pressure & willing to work in shifts & overtime;
9. Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;
10. Able to handle patient’s confidential information in a professional manner;
11. Strong organizational & planning skills;
12. Proficient in MS Office and patient management software;
13. Excellent command of Vietnamese & English, written & spoken
