- Supervising all sales activities and DSMs performance within the in-charged area to ensure all brands must be covered in the respective areas, to achieve the sales targets.
- Coaching and attaching with DSMs to support them to fulfil the assignment to ensure that maintaining and developing distribution system in the assigned area.
- Reviewing the monthly sales call visit of DSMs based on their weekly sales call plan, discussing with superior how to exploit the assigned area
- Negotiating and dealing contracts with outlet owner of high value/difficult or exclusiveness to ensure that the contracts are signed between HVBL and outlet owner
- Revising monthly Promotion Plan to ensure the plans go on track & meet objectives.
- University graduated. Prefer in Economics/Business Administration…
- 4-year experience in Sales, FMCG is preferred
- Knowledge of market & products
- Supervisory skills/ experienced in handling a team
- Ready to travel
- Communication and negotiating/ convincing skills
- Mature, confident.
- Acceptable Speaking and Listening English skills.
