Mô tả công việc

Reporting directly to the Country General Manager and functionally to a Regional Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning & execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns for the company in Vietnam market with a strong focus on key sales & brand metrics and be able to build measurable marketing success.
- Collaborate with senior leaders in Marketing, Sales & other departments to develop digital communication strategy to deliver business and marketing objectives. Successful candidate is required to have intensive knowledge of digital marketing & industry trends, with the ability to think and act strategically. This position will play as internal expert to maximize all opportunities/ possibilities in digital innovation to address business requirements.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop digital marketing strategy in-line with company vision and objectives
- Conceptualize, develop and implement of digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness of the company and its services, generate sales leads and engage customers
- Lead all digital marketing activities, which cover, but not limit to, SEM, SEO, social media, content marketing and direct e-marketing
- Lead development and maintenance of own media such as Website, Facebook, Linkedin etc.
- Manage third party counterparts such as media, creative and digital agencies, KOLs and influencers
- Create innovative content that can generate new business, educate customers on products/services and engage customers on innovative ways to drive brand awareness
- Work with design team to develop effective design concepts, communications ideas and execution, and brand strategies
- Liaise with marketing and sales team and lead discussion on digital marketing agenda with trade partners
- Effectively communicate digital marketing activities and KPI to engage with upper management, team members and external stakeholders
- Work closely with regional teams to leverage group digital initiatives and ensure execution alignment
- Manage and utilise retail database for both branding and sales objectives
- Deliver digital KPIs with clear measurement and regular tracking for continuous improvement
- Drive e-commerce through digital marketing tools

* Key Requirements:
- To succeed in this Digital Marketing Manager role, you should have prior experience in digital marketing and business development:
- Three to four years solid experience (Senior Assistant Manager/ Manager level) in digital marketing and online business development
- Minimum four years experiences in marketing communications planning and project management
