Mô tả công việc

Main Purpose
The Australian International School has more than 1300 students from 40 countries. The School is looking to grow over the coming years. Assist the school to achieve its growth targets by:
- Develop the digital marketing strategy for the school with the Manager
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns
- Manage the School’s website to be a key communication and marketing channel
- Actively feed into the marketing and communication activities of the School to build and maintain enrolment
- Manage the school’s social media accounts
- Support the growth of the School through the delivery of commercially robust marketing and communications campaigns including on and off campus events, digital and print marketing, PR and networking opportunities…
Key Tasks and Functions
Digital communications
• Drive the School’s digital marketing and communications to maximise engagement and increase enrolment numbers
• Work with the Manager to develop marketing campaigns and drive the digital scope to achieve targets
• Work with a digital agency and in-house to deliver a suite of marketing campaigns and effectively reach customers across a variety of digital platforms on and offshore
• Manage the School’s social media accounts
• Actively work across the School to build product knowledge and generate social media content
• Research the latest in social media and digital marketing to maximise engagement and grow the school’s brand and reputation
• Manage the School’s monthly newsletter to parents
• Use insights and reporting from across digital campaigns and channels to drive the School’s growth strategy
Web management
• Maintain the School’s current websites including:
o Content management to maximise audience engagement
o Roll-out marketing campaigns
o Google Analytics reporting the success of campaigns and website engagement and actively make recommendations for improvements and changes
o Work across the School to produce engaging and relevant website content
o Manage online enquiry forms and live chat functionality
o Develop best practice web policies and practices
• Lead a project to re-develop the School’s websites, working with an external provider
General
• Build product knowledge ongoing and become familiar with the School and its offerings
• Respond to all FB/Website’s enquiries and communications promptly
• Provide friendly customer service and strong stakeholder engagement
PR, Marketing and Recruitment
• Work with the Marketing Manager and larger team to seek and recommend opportunities for new partnerships (real estate broker, relocation companies, banks, chams, association….) for student recruitment and the growth of AIS
• Develop and implement print and digital marketing campaigns with the Manager and Digital Communications Coordinator
• Work with online and print media agencies on PR and marketing opportunities to advertise the School and its products including, but not limited to Summer Program, Winter School, Bright Sparks, School musicals etc.
• Inform the team of the latest trends in the Vietnamese community around education and decision making by researching news and media reports and distributing relevant information in a timely manner
• Research events in the local community and seek opportunities to participate (eg. Family fun day at high class apartments; Education Fairs, etc…)
Event management
• Manage AIS events including the Welcome BBQ, Open Days, Christmas Party, and other special events as required
• Support the School when involved in sponsorship opportunities and partner events.
Publications
• Project manage publications and marketing materials annually including School prospectus, marketing collateral and the Year Book
• Proof reading / editing of translated documentation as required for digital and print communications
Partnerships
• Strengthen awareness of AIS amongst multinational and Vietnamese companies in Vietnam through building partnerships and collaborations
• Build and maintain partnerships with local business and relocation agents as part of recruitment activities
Other tasks
• Make recommendations to the Manager to continuously improve event, marketing and digital engagement
• Work with the Enrolments team to understand targets and make recommendations accordingly to achieve these in the digital space
• Have input into the development of the marketing and enrolment strategy
• Build excellent working relationships with staff across the School to maximise engagement and storytelling
• Perform other related duties as required by the Manager or Executive Principal
