Mô tả công việc

A. Purpose
HR Deputy Department Manager is to assist HR Manager in managing all HR activities in order to ensure that all HR activities are implemented properly and effectively.
B. Responsibility
HR Deputy Department Manager is responsible to:
• Revise and develop the procedures; policies related to HR
• Develop and ensure HR business plan are implemented in timely manner;
• Provide strategic inputs for all HR activities for mid - term and long - term;
• Manage and take the lead on manning aspect which including but not limited to Organization Structure; roster list, private and department job descriptions
• Consult HR Manager & Management with compliance of legal law.
• Manage and control all the recruitment activities including strategy and daily recruitment in the Company.
• Manage NSRP employee relation management system of company such as grievance and disciplinary handling, employee engagement, labor conference and dialogue
• Manage all the conflicts even from the risk level relating to employee relation.
• Take the lead in surveying and reporting turnover rate periodically as required by managers and propose necessary countermeasure activity
• Take the lead in working with local labor authority including trade union organization for any relevant issues
• Take lead in the initiatives relating to employee relation improvement such as cross culture training, Employee Engagement Survey…
• Ensure NSRP benefit system are well set up and implemented by international standard job evaluation and grading system;
• Ensure NSRP salary is competitive in the market by engagement of HR consultant;
• Ensure NSRP has comprehensive policies and plan for career development, promotion & rotation policy ;
• Make sure that NSRP has an employee appraisal system which are fair, clear and well implemented at the high international standard;
• Maintain and develop employee’ benefit programs;
• Be focal point for HR Audit, HR&T Workshops, HR meetings with Management, communications with Sponsors;
• Ensure attendance system are well organized and implemented in compliance with NSRP policy and legal requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational Level: University graduated or higher
2. Work Experience: At least 12 years’ experience in HR works in foreign joint venture projects
3. Specialty/Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Law or related fields
4. Skills :
 Great Interpersonal skill including working and dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information
 Culture sensitivity
 Strong planning and organizing skill
 Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
 Excellent leadership & communication skills.
 Strong problem solving skills;
 Excellent decision making skills
 Good command of English language in both writing and speaking
