Mô tả công việc
• Smooth handling all sea/air EXPORT & IMPORT shipments as per company’s standard operating procedure.
• Maintain good customer service relationship with customers.
• Find and negotiate with carriers/airline and subcontractors to get best rates.
• Follow up and control subcontractors during handling door to door shipments.
• Updating customer profiles.
• Full support Sales’ enquiries for achieving sales goals.
• Combine with sales team to send sales lead to agents and follow it.
• Complains solving in time
• Make reports to Operation Director as requested.
• Other service task assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Specialized FOREIGN TRADE University or EXPORT.
• At least 1 year EXPERIENCE in the field of LOGISTICS & EXPORT - IMPORT.
• Knowledge of customs procedures for all types of EXPORT - IMPORT.
• ENGLISH: communication, enough to meet work requirements.
• Use good application Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Thoughtful, honest, serious, dynamic, good communication.
