Mô tả công việc

Major Responsibilities
A. Sales demand /firm forecast management:
- Input demand (PO/firmed forecast) in system and provide forecast to planner for material planning.
- Monitor the forecast vs PO to get PO ahead of delivery lead time to achieve the submitted revenue forecast.
- Timely response to customer: PO confirmation. Delivery report to customer.
- Take lead for the action items when delivery schedule is missed.
- Monthly report on OTD performance for each program and define root cause, CAPA for late delivery.
B. Contract Administration:
- Review purchase orders against the contract and/ or proposal and negotiate with customer for adjustments.
- Ensure that Sparton is meeting its contractual requirements to the customers, identify gaps in our performance and execute appropriate actions with related departments to eliminate gaps in a timely manner.
- Ensure the customer is meeting its contractual requirements, identify gaps and negotiate with customer to eliminate gaps.
- Ensure all contracts are current and reflect actual business operation with customers.
C. Customer Management:
Monitor, report weekly and monthly on customer status to include:
- Sales, profit and contribution margins, inventory, AR, OTD, PPM and customer satisfaction.
- Any unfavorable gaps between the actual performance and desired performance are to be identified with appropriate actions defined.
- Understand and report customer excess, EOL materials, significant scrap, PPV.
- Working with cross functional teams to plan for materials, production, and on-time delivery to customer.
D. NPI Leader:
- Monitor and record NPI check-list complete.
- Get result of FAI from customer.
- Co-ordination & scheduling of service contractors.
E. Others assignment by Account Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 02 years working experience in Program Manager or Customer Service.
- Good at in Presentation and Communication Skill.
- In charge of working with external agencies.
- Get information and environmental announcement.
- Exchange of relevant departments in factory.
- Replies external environmental factories issues.
- Recommend objectives and environmental target in whole company.
- Determine program implementation.
- Analyze and evaluate the results achieved.
- Report evaluation results to represent the company EMS.
