Mô tả công việc
• Regularly work with technology/ operations and marketing in creating ongoing means of communication with cardholders including EDMs, DMs, statement inserts, statement messaging, SMS, MMS, social media messaging to inform cardholders of various offers and to rollout timely reminder mechanisms for various offers to ensure maximum coverage and outcomes.
• This key role within the CCBC is responsible for ensuring that customers engage with all of these products and linked features on an ongoing basis through unique communication platforms, newer and newer communication channels including conventional and digital and finally creating utmost loyalty and usage of these unique products. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the digital campaigns using range of available techniques. Create and implement digital marketing campaigns for driving acquisitions and product usage. Building co-branded campaigns with partner brands.
• Work with Merchant Acquiring Department to work out effective offers and campaign features for FE Credit customers. Regularly interact with E-commerce websites and other digital vendors to create unique value propositions. Responsible for managing a campaign development and driving customer satisfaction. Incumbent also has to work with Product team in creating new and unique features to help FE Credit compete in a crowded marketplace and win customers.
• Generate merchandising revenue through tie up with partner brands whereby FEC shall send special marketing message to FE Credit customers on behalf of partner brands.

Yêu cầu công việc
• University Degree (specialization in Marketing and Customer Relationship Management)
At least 8 years in a role driving all or some of the above mentioned responsibilities.
Direct experience in digital marketing is a very strong plus.
• Has to have work experience in customer relationship oriented companies like TELCOs, HOSPITALITY, E-commerce , RETAIL if not in cards.
Complete understanding of the conventional, digital & mobile marketing and various new age technologies in this space.
• In depth understanding and clear achievements in of Credit cards and consumer lending business.
• Creative, Influencing, negotiating, driving, leading, managing digital channels and vendors.
