Mô tả công việc
1. Ensure Daily transactions of Loan correct before image to RPC input LNS system.
2. To assist customer in their queries and complain related to their account.
3. Ensure report submission to HO on time.
1. Download file from LNS system. Billing Notice & Disbursement Advice for All Loans.
2. To ensure all transaction of loan disbursement, rollover, Review Interest, Loan maintenance is correctly before image to RPC input LNS system.
3. Approved Image transaction of Maker to Regional Processing Center.
4. Loan Account maintenance
a. To check and Noted all the reports related / required for loan processing.
b. To print and check report for transactions sent to RPC daily (at end of day).
c. The daily reconciling on incoming funds to paid into CCOD’s loan account.
d. Control all incoming monetary transactions to be processed by LPD staff.
e. To guide the staff on handling customer’s queries and complains related to their loan transaction.
5. Follow up loan overdue –Corporate loan. (Back up).
6. Confirm Audit for customer & reply all inquire of Auditor (Internal & External).
7. Manual templates submission for monthly reporting & Level 1 & level 2 reconciliation accordingly ( Back up)
8. Function Checker CDMS & GTD (Back up).
9. IFIS – Function Checker- Update Interest Rate.
