Mô tả công việc

1. Develop the companys Foodservice Business Plan for VN and secure the implementation of sales and marketing strategy in VN market.
2. Responsible for attracting targets clients within the Food Service Channel.
3. Develop a strong relationship with local strategic partner/NVD to secure correct implementation and execution of Food Service strategy.
4. Build a distributor’s sales team with the capability and executive force
5. Build a long-term relationship with key customers to ensure achieving sales and profit goals
6. Align Foodservice product assortment and pricing strategy with distributor
7. Develop and carry out sales plan according to the sales goal
8. Deliver annual & monthly target (Volume, %SC)
9. Giving a guideline volume to the dairy - Predict 18 months Sales Forecast by items (S&OP forecast)
10. Monthly business review with the distributor to evaluate the companys product’s performance in the market incl data about selling out in market, inventory tracking etc.
11. Review and develop targeted KPIs to increase overall sales volume and profit goals on a quarterly basis.
12. Assist partners and distributors with operational issues.
13. Upon need – inspect distributor warehouse, logistic facilities etc. to secure the companys standard quality of operations.
14. Conduct other temporary tasks given by a superior.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Master degree in business management or similar
2. 5-10 years of experience in Food Service industry in Vietnam; with food service channel experience preferred
3. Fluent in English for communicating with foreigners; Client/ business knowledge
4. Ability to travel abroad (within the Asia region – bimonthly) and Europe (1-2 trips per year).
5. Ability to travel 20-30 days of travel per year.
6. Marketing & Sales knowledge
7. Multi-culture background. Preferred local language speaker (Vietnamese) + English (fluent in writing and reading)
8. Strategic thinking
9. Positive thinking and have a passion to build the business
10. Strong planning and execute capability
11. Financial knowledge
12. Management experience with a strong leadership style
13. The capability of handling good interpersonal relationship and capability of crisis response and management
14. Good interpersonal relations, cooperative and outgoing
