Providing Managers with all the administrative and secretarial works and handling all issues relating to daily operations.
- Reports directly to and communicates with the Managers on all executive office matters
- Performing all secretarial works to the Managers (circulating/filing memos/letters, submitting documents for approval, translating documents, ) to assist the Managers in daily paperwork.
- Handling and coordinating all arrangement for Managers in their trips, training, seminar, event participation etc…
- Supervises the work of the Managers’driver
- Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
- Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Business Leaders and other inter-departmental coordinators as appropriate guided by Managers .
- Storing and keeping all confidential information
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly report if requested.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by Managers from time to time.

- At least 3-year experience in personal secretary/ assistant role
- Good communication, planning and organizing, interpersonal skills
- Reliable, accurate, impartiality
- Conversant with spoken and written English
- Good office skills (MS office, filing,…).
