Mô tả công việc
• Support tender and proposal submissions
• Execute on tender process for specific tender requests and quotations, to high professional standards and to deadline.
• Support preparation for client meetings
• Manage the compilation of sales reports, tracking sales activity from lead enquiry to completion, liaising with the sales team and the finance department.
• Provide superb professional support and customer service to our clients.
• Prepare minutes and agendas for meetings, tracking activity completion and follow through.
• On-going review, upkeep and maintenance of customer information
• To provide day-to-day support as required to the Commercial Division Team
• Liaise with various internal departments and following up on client queries
• Take meeting minutes/actions at commercial team meetings
• Act as the focal point for new supplier requests, perform due diligence checks and audits as required
• Review/Prepare payment documents
• Prepare, review commercial contracts with client/customer
Working Location: Quang Ngai & Thanh Hoa

Yêu cầu công việc
• Demonstrable evidence of working in a commercial role in oil & gas maintenance industry.
• Excellent administrative skills, with at least 2 year experience in a commercial administration role.
• Comfortable with the full sales process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Professional and tactful approach, works with integrity.
• Be flexible and reliable, able to work outside standard business hours as required.
• Solid understanding of commercial practices, ability to draft contract amendments, contractual letters
• Sound knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
• Proven negotiation skills with customers and suppliers
• Good level at communication in English both oral and written
