Your contribution at AIG
As a contributor at AIG you are the one the clients turn to in times of need. You act with speed, composure, compassion and knowledge to solve problems and the work you do every day is the heart of AIG’s business.
This is a temporary position with length of assignment in 6 months, backfill for maternity leave. This role performs more complex underwriting clerical functions in support of the underwriters under direct Team Leader
Issue insurance policy, certificate and related documents on requested
o Handle Hotline as schedule per week
o Check shared-mail group and forward mail to team members
o Input Premium data into system on deadline.
o Reply emails to client and other departments (F&A, Underwriter,…)
o Other responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: BA Degree in Insurance, Logistics or related field
Abilities /Skill
o Experience in dealing with customer and solving problem
o Experience in using Outlook, tracking data & preparing reports using Word, Excel
o Pay attention to details, good time management skill.
o Experience Required: A minimum one (1) year customer service experience.
