Mô tả công việc

In this role Club Manager will oversee the daily operations of club departments. This will require a full understanding of business strategies, club and company systems and the ability to train and develop staff. Club Manager will be using your knowledge of the market to drive club culture for the benefit of both the staff and the members focusing on retention, sales and the delivery of exceptional experiences in all phases of our business.
* Take charge of its overall budget & profitability and other functional areas include: memberships, enrolment fitness, safety aspects, staffing, training, supervising & overseeing the promotional activities to increase club memberships or to carry out initiatives that is from Head Office including but not limited to:
- Recruit, hire, train, counsel, supervise and motivate development and discipline of staffs
- Organize HODs meeting twice per week
- Ensure and maintain Daily Staff Communication Program
- Achieve minimal staffing targets
- Manage a succession planning program at all times
- Ensure all staffs adhere to policy
* Achieve monthly club total revenue goals
- Hold daily accountability meetings with Membership Sales and Personal Training departments. Pushing for revenue daily.
- Perform quality inspection tasks such as: review daily activities and perform services quality checks, follow up with member’s feedbacks or requests, reviewing content of CMS to ensure all data is correct and accurate
- Partner with Marketing Executive to create and implement monthly marketing plan, club’s activities and events; manage the Lead Box Program
* Increase renewals, member retention
- Organize at least one event per month for members with different purposes in order to create more benefits for members.
- Meet operational and capital budget targets
- Report budgetary needs to District Operations Manager
- Conduct at minimum of 10 Member Care calls per month and document results
- Drive customer service training and procedures as per company issued training schedule
- Manage high level of customer satisfaction
- Spend at least 2 hours at Reception Desk during peak hours daily – interact with members and guests; observe staff interaction and model operational procedures
- Achieve Club efficiencies by proposing Policy and Procedural improvements
- Monitor daily activities of receptionists, maintenance, security and daily F&B
* Audit club daily and follow up with maintenance to make sure all the facilities in order to serving members. Carry out maintenance and maintain club tours, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness according to company.
* Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to company’s standards
- Check warehouse weekly. Check report export-import of warehouse.
- Review monthly staffing plans and recruitment process

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional field (Experience in Sales/PT/Operations management)
- Languages requirements: English is essential
- Soft skills requirements: Microsoft office application, Reporting skill, Leadership, management skills, Problem solving skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Good understanding of club operation management
- Communication skill
- Financial skill to produce Sales & Finance reports and read the numbers
