* POSITION PURPOSE
- To process administrative affairs of Claim section.
- To archive claim file;
- Complete specific tasks in Claims section as assigned by Claims Manager.
* PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To process administrative tasks of Claim section including Ingenium, workflow and CSP process;
- Implement other related duties requested by line manager and other functional departments in the company.
- Maintain a good claim record experience for the company. improving Claims process.
* WORKING RELATIONSHIP
- Maintain good relationship with direct Manager, the sales force and other staff;
- Communicate clearly, politely, professionally with relevant bodies;
- Maintain good helpful relationship with claimants and diplomatically deal with difficult claim ensuring the maintenance of the company’s reputation.
- Ensure that all claims are handled with agreed service standards;
- Ensure that clear and timely communications are made to sales force in relation to claim handling and payment;
- Make sure the work done is customer – focused;
- Work under high pressure.
- University graduated;
- Good skills of MS. Office;
- Knowledge of law, medical, insurance;
- Having experience in claim investigation;
- Good English communication.
