Mô tả công việc

• Work with the CEO and other senior executives to shape the business model, overall strategy and roadmap for the coalition loyalty program and mobile payment services in line with the long-term vision and mission of our business
• Define the technology agenda and key initiatives required to implement business strategy successfully
• Lead the design and implementation of our proprietary technology stack and data architecture to build sustainable competitive advantage
• Recruit and develop technical team into a source of strength for the business to ensure effective delivery of initiatives identified
• Ensure strong partnership between technical team with other departments and external vendors to provide optimal customer experience
• Lead the technical team’s collaboration with business counterparts to monetize proprietary technologies, customer base and consumer data
• Work with the senior management team to foster a culture of customer centricity, agility and continuous innovation within the technology organization and across the company
• Partner with the CEO, CFO and other members of the senior management team for critical, non-technical activities including fund-raising, investor and public relations

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 5 years of senior management experience in a technology department within a consumer service or B2C technology company, ideally during period of rapid growth
• Experience in leading the development of a digital marketing, loyalty, e-commerce or mobile payment platform strongly preferred
• Highly familiar with cloud-based and on-premise enterprise applications, including common CRM and POS solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Cloud CRM
• Strong ability to lead the development and delivery of scalable consumer platform with open architecture and high degree of integration with multiple companies of various sizes
• Proven track record in implementing big data systems, leveraging relevant technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, geofencing and marketing automation to enable data monetization
• Experience in leading teams of front- and back-end developers, as well as data scientists in Agile environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and just-do-it attitude
• Ability to build and develop management and working level teams
• Passion for digital marketing and delivery of exceptional customer experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with requirement for occasional travel.
