Mô tả công việc

1. PURPOSE OF POSITION
• This role is responsible for client-agency commercial relationship and therefore to develop the business and grow the revenue of research services in designated category: PHARMACY
• Deliver on the revenue plans by negotiating the renewal of continuous services whilst identifying opportunities to meet growth targets.
• The role will develop effective relationships between individuals and teams both internally and at clients, to provide best in class AMR / client commercial partnerships
2. OUTCOMES
• Quantify opportunities
• Sales plan by client in the category
• Deliver revenue target
• Deliver client satisfaction target
3. REPORTING
• This role will report directly to the CEO of the company.
• In addition, this role will have frequent internal relationships with key stakeholders from other functions, including AMR product leadership, Research, Field Work, Data Processing, Quality Control and other supporting functions
4. PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver top-line target for the assigned category. Define clear building blocks of revenue, optimum numbers of intended clients and associated client-service-plans for both existing and the new ones. Plan, communicate and engage stakeholders in execution to deliver the results
• Proactively develop business to new clients in the assigned category. Research to understand the industry and the intended clients’ business, key decision makers/ influencers and their hot business topics. Initiate contact-plan and follow-through to the client(s) from there to quantify the opportunity, define and realize possible contracts for VINAMR’s market research service(s)
• Provide excellent-client service to both existing and new clients. Initiate, get internal alignment and follow through the client-service-plan by each client. Ensure to deliver or exceed client satisfaction index target
• Collaborate effectively with internal functions to deliver results. Pro-actively engage and enable other internal stakeholders in servicing clients and their projects.
• Keep stakeholders informed on-time on plans and progress. Ensure all pre-sales and contracted activities are implemented on track. Regular check-in on the progress, obtain alignment for next steps and follow through to deliver final outputs
• Promote and being active to demonstrate the company culture. Being the role model and at the same time the ambassador to inspire others to work and live with the company culture.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years of experience in market research, marketing or brand communication or product management or planning or the related in PHARMACY category in multi-national corporations
• Market research experience is the advantage
• Experience in selling solution, concept and idea
• Experience in new business development
2. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Sound knowledge about marketing research and methodologies
• Solid knowledge about marketing
• Solid knowledge about PHARMACY category and key players
• Strong account planning and service skills
• Logic thinker, data oriented
• Excellent communication skills, especially in presentation, persuasive communication and proven ability to close sales
• Strong negotiation & influencing skills in both internal and external contexts
• Multiple project management skill
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent English in speaking, presentation and writing

4. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduated from marketing or business specialized school is preferred
