Mô tả công việc

Our client is a well-known international company in industry field. They are hiring a Business Development Manager to work with Japanese partners. The duties of the position will include, but not limited to:
* Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
* Build up new contacts; enhance the relationships with existing clients
* Develop channels to sell compressor products to Japanese companies
* Frequently visit, follow and give in-time support to customers
* Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
* Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
* Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs, make development plan for the companys business
* Possess a strong understanding of companys products, its competition in the industry and positioning
* Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Native Japanese with excellent English communication or Japanese-English bilingual
* Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering
* Proven track record in Sales B2B to Japanese customers
* Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to build rapport
* Good understanding of Korean culture
* Experience in multicultural environment is an advantage
* Good leadership skills
* Excellent time management and organization
* Result-orientation
* Strong customer oriented attitude
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
