Mô tả công việc

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to work in a fast-moving, highly acquisitive global group which designs, markets and sells food products in Vietnam.
This position will be responsible for expanding Business Corporation with other organizations, events in order to prospecting, qualifying and generating leads (data) to support the Sales activities. This individual will be a highly motivated, great self- starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.
Business Development Manager must develop a rapport with new prospects, and set targets to match with our target that will continually improve relationships.
The main tasks as below:
• Plan and work closely under Line Director for the target of leads achievement
• Maintain and utilize maximum the current partnership to generate more quality leads to support the Sales
• Conducting business meetings as needed with partners.
• Develop new business corporation via networking, private relationship, telephone, and mass communication to introduce the company’s products and proposal of partnership
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects provided by the partner
• Conduct a needs analysis and determine Partner needs to meet with the proposal
• Prepare and analyze leads’ quality and partnership efficiency based on the Sales result
New Business Development
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Identify potential prospects and the decision-makers within the prospect organization.
• Research and build relationships with new prospects
• Participate in pricing the solutions/service.
• Present an image that mirrors that of the prospects/partners

Our candidate is the one who meets these requirements:
- Experience:
At least 8 years’ experience of sales or marketing position were setting up, maintaining and managing partnership for mutual business benefit is part of the job.
Similar experience in Business Development with chilled/fresh products is a must-have.
-Skills and other qualities:
Well-presented, mature, and professional looking
Be able to understand organizational structure and to identify the decision markers
Familiar with out-of-office job nature, Travel is essential
Strong interpersonal skill especially networking skill
Strong negotiation skill
Confident and dynamic personality
Very result oriented and can work under high pressure
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Have a good networking/prospecting preferable
