Mô tả công việc

- Hospital Tender Management
• Develop and manage excellently tender database to identify potential sales size of each territory
• Define tender volume listed in targeted territory and Create tender strategy & tactics in collaboration with ASMs to increase Hospital Growth
• Manage entire tender process and preparation in coordination with distributors
- Key Account Management
• Set business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives for assigned Key Accounts
• Deploy marketing activities (e.g. Doctor Group Meeting, Hospital Scientific Meetings, Symposium) aligned with Marketing department in support to distributors.
• Develop and monitor Sales forecasts, PO placement and Inventory management, business case of new products
- CRM management
• Follow-up, Analysis, management on CRM platform in alignment with Headquarters
• Define CRM outcome gaps to increase productivity
• Training and tracking regularly to field force

Yêu cầu công việc

Education required:
- Graduated from University of Pharmacy or Medicine or Economics or another related area
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a deep understanding of the complexities of market access into hospitals
One or more of following experiences are in priority:
- Previous experience in Hospital Tender Management (mandatory)
- Sales Management
- CRM coordination & Sales Force Management
Core Skill Requirement:
- An in-depth knowledge of the Vietnam pharmaceutical industry including an understanding of hospital environment & regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills & Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and sales database systems
- Strong presentation and delivery skills
- Good English level of spoken, written abilities
