Mô tả công việc

Working place : Number 26, Street 9, VSIP Bac Ninh, Dai Dong, Tien Du, Bac Ninh.
TITLE : Assistant QC Mgr - Bac Ninh
REPORT TO : Operations Manager
A. Main responsibility
- Coordinating inspection process and status giving, product in process, and finished goods in order to make sure the quality of material / product.
- Manage and allocate QC Inspector and Shift Leader, QC Supervisor manpower to achieve optimum working performance and efficiency.
- Maintain and implement ISO system within company, including to lead internal and external ISO audits, external supplier audits from customers and BRC IOP Standard.
B. Operational (Scope of Operational Responsibility)
1. Manpower / Human Resources (Specification of the Job)
- Developing self-competency and its subordinates through seminary, education, training, skills and experience.
- Developing environment and positive job relationship, by showing good behavior and communicate effectively.
2. Planning and Decision Making Authority
- Understanding the determined method, technical, and product inspection systems.
- Arranging work guidance accurately to achieve the determined target.
- Authority to decide quality and inspection status of products and materials.
3. Operational (Scope of Operational Responsibility)
- Lead, instruct, inform and update QC Inspectors and Shift Leaders on operational/ inspection issues
- Monitor sample collecting and inspection of products from new project trials.
- Follow up preventive & corrective action for claim / complaint of internal until the problems are solved within department and with other departments.
- Apply jig tool for visual checking.
- Monitoring and arranging the realization of online inspection .
4. Administration Work
- Making history of claim / complaint for internal if the preventive / corrective action was done periodically .
- Performing filing for Quality record document.
- Performing stocking for Onhold product stock at QC quarantine periodically.
- Making analyze report which related to its Quality objectives for Monthly Department Report
- Managing the manpower and operational aspects of QC Department to achieve the optimum performance and efficiency according to Quality Objectives.
- Controlling Audit result and giving solution, direction to each department to perform their operationally activities according to determined Policy and procedures, including needs to corrective action continually.
- Performing Audit either needed or scheduled according to Audit Program.
C. Job Relationship
Internal
- Communicate with all related departments.
External
- Communicate with customers/ supplier when having quality issue

*** Job qualification:
1. Formal education: University Degree.
2. Experiences: Minimum 3 year in related position.
3. Skills:
- Spoken English (Active).
- Understand SPC.
- Able to identify color very well.
- Prefer candidate working in plastic packaging.
