Mô tả công việc

Location: Ho Chi Minh (1 year contract)
Roles & Responsibilities:
HRBP (80%)
1. Initiatives:
• Together with managers diagnose and provide creative solutions for any needs from the business: e.g. manager’s capability workshop, War room, improving teams’ sharing & communication…
• Reinforce the business’ adoption of HR initiatives:
a. Uplift journey
b. Exit interview
c. Others (Training such as: LOMA…)
• Based on the results of “Gallup” & “Great Place to work”, prepare & join discussions with business partners on employee engagement, execute any follow-up actions
2. Employee relations:
• Coordinate disciplinary meetings & follow- up on actions
• Work with business on specific employee relation cases in accordance with HR processes: renew contract, resignation & exit procedure…
3. HR project - Change management: support line managers on brainstorming, building and executing change plan based on specific personas
TABP (20%)
• Coordinate to run Employer branding activities – Career Talk campaign and LinkedIn promoting
• Support to organize Riser program intake 2019
• Turn-around-time: ensure the TAT correspondent to the assigned HR functional process is on track
• Qualitative feedback to Department Head related to inquiries in the assigned HR functions.
Communication Requirements:
• Work closely with HR team in generally, HRBP & TABP team in particular
• Work with the other departments in AIA VN about related matters
External: work with consulting firm, and vendors to operate the daily operations .etc..

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education – University degree
• Experience – At least 3 years of experience in HR field
The job incumbent should have a hand-on experience in HRBP
• Confident communication skills
• Special skills: Knowledgeable of Vietnamese Labor Law, time management, well organizing, customer oriented
