Report to : Primarily to Vietnam Solar Business Unit Manager, with the dot line reporting toNew Product Development Manager
Position Objective:
Manages the daily activities of the site work for ongoing project, after sales service and product warrantee service. Those include installation supervision, trouble-shooting, inspection and testing, repair and product hand over.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Onsite technical support and service.
- Joining customer to do quantity and quality inspection when there is a new shipment into the site and get customer to sign off the goods received.
- Set up Mop Up Solar Mounting System for any new project site
- Demonstrate and Provide basic installation training to customer
- Manage the Manpower & Sub contractor at site when need.
- Inspect the product quality, to ensure that all products supplied met PLP’s standard specification
- Monitor and control the quality of the repairs works at site
- Manage all product warrantee claim requested by the customer.
- Ensure all activities with best quality by most saving cost, safety and on time.
- Make daily plan and progress report to Vietnam Solar BU Manager / Project Manager / NPD manager.
- Communicate and cooperate with Headquarter technical team and share information across the organization.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- University / College degree in Engineering /Sciences, New graduate are welcome.
- Good communication in English
- Must be able to provide service support on Solar site of customer
