- Establish business relationship with all related suppliers
- Work with suppliers on sample development independently
- Build up a clear and transparent relationship with product creation team and suppliers
- Communicate/comment/interact with product creation team and suppliers on problems regarding sample development and future bulk production
- Detailed job follow up starting from sketching up to samples delivery
- Samples, artwork, materials, strike offs and lab dips follow up and approvals
- Ensure adherence to development calendar and timeline of each season, including but not limited to, sample delivery is on time and samples are developed as expected
- Understand and monitor production plans and capacity usage with factories
- Be involved in the solution of production issues
- Understand and monitor quality levels in factories
- Promote and keep a transparent cost monitoring system and maintain requested data storage

- Degree in Garment / Fashion / Clothing
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience in garment, preferably in the sporting industry
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and proactive problem solving ability
- Able to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team on assigned tasks
- Have knowledge of garment making and sewing techniques, products and materials, costing process
- Solid MS Office, software system skills
- High proficiency in English, and/or Mandarin would be considered a plus
