- Collect loan application and documents from clients.
- Review and process clients loans and submit to lender for approval.
- Constantly follow up with clients and lenders about the status of the loan, making sure the loan is closed property and on time.
- Identify any potential issues with the loan application and address them in a timely manner.
- IMPORTANT: company is US-based and clients are all in the US. Therefore, this job requires working NIGHT SHIFT (10pm to 6am).

- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Have a basic understanding of finance
- Have basic Microsoft Words and Excel skills
- Able to work night shift
