Mô tả công việc

A – ADMIN TASKS/ CÔNG VIỆC HÀNH CHÍNH:

- Preparing documents to collect membership fee from members;
- Check and enter sales into system;
- Manage Courier ’s time and calculate bonus for Courier staffs;
- Daily checking Telesales’ working time and enter payroll into system;
- Handle the employment routine and maintain a proper employee database;
- Make weekly sales report, weekly payroll, weekly courier report and other weekly reports to submit Sales Manager at the end of every week;
- Emboss membership cards and handle procedures for Fulfillment and Delivery of membership packages in accordance with policy of Company;
- Control the usage and arrange to purchase Stationary, Drinking water, and Office supplies based on business needs;
- Follow and contact vendors to maintenance office equipments (fax, printer, phones, …) whenever any breakdown happens or for periodic maintenance;
- Keep the office and the pantry in ordered and clean;
- Handle reception tasks and other assigned administrative tasks.

B – CUSTOMER SERVICE TASKS/ CÔNG VIỆC CHĂM SÓC KHÁCH HÀNG:

- Do hotel and restaurant bookings for members;
- Do tracking for Complimentary Night redemptions;
- Call or send message to members on the occasion of birthdays and anniversaries of members;
- Receive complaints from members (if any) and co-ordinate with the related persons to find solution and feedback to members;
- Handle other assigned member service tasks.

* WHAT WE REQUEST
- Graduate from University/ College in Business Administration or other relevant major
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
- Professional attire and presentation;
- Good organisation and interpersonal skills; and
- Willing to work overtime in the peak season
