Mô tả công việc

Our Business:
We are one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisors, providing a broad range of risk transfer solutions to thousands of clients, ranging from small businesses to the largest multinational corporations.
Role purpose:
• Successfully manage and develop client portfolio and effectively manage overall client service delivery to ensure the achievement of the revenue (new & renewal) targets
Main responsibilities:
• Manage overall client service delivery and administration throughout the insurance issuance and renewal cycle; provide the highest level of customer service to existing and new clients while maintain profitable revenue to achieve renewal target
• Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers
• Provide general insurance and risk advice to corporate clients
• Identify insurable risks and designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for the clients
• Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the insurance placement cycle, including but not limit to designing/obtaining of quotations, explaining insurance terms/conditions, making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients
• Works closely with Head of Department and senior leaders to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
• Proactively find new business, build up own database of potential clients (making cold calls, networking…), conduct data analysis for prospective accounts
• Deploy the sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target
• Coordinate with Claim Department to follow-up and update claim settlement to clients
• Support Accounting Department in premium collection
• Ensure all WTW Group policy requirements (legal, regulatory & compliance) are met

Yêu cầu công việc

• University Degree
• At least three (3) years experience in non-life insurance market with broker or insurer at a client facing role
• In depth understanding of insurance concepts and consulting processing
• High integrity, Initiative and critical sense
• Proactive, long-term commitment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong customer management and selling skills
• Be able to work under high pressure
• Fluent English & Vietnamese
• Computer Literate ( MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
