I. Operational:
• Work agency to ensure supply PST/SUP Headcounts in line with BAT procurement procedures & approval for exceptional case on working shift.
• Work with TE to ensure effective outlets/ route plan for PST in respective territory
• Ensure achievement of monthly target (trial, contact reach, headcount shift…) freshness targets for the respective territory.
• Ensure all data collected to reporting system is on time, accurate and consistent
• Ensure effectively keep track & use FOC through FOC management process.
II. Leadership:
• Ensure that the PST team (PST/Sup) are highly motivated and trained through professional training inputs (on / off the job) with the consultation of SMM & RBDM to continue to maintain superiority over competition.
• Train/ coach PST/Sup to deliver the regional targets.
III. Management:
• Ensure the implementation effectively 121 activities strictly follow 121 Op plan.
• Field check for Sup/ PST assessment, feedback outlets/ route plan & report to SMM/ RBDM.
• Analyze and track PST/Sup performance to ensure effectiveness of budget.
• Manage 121’s performance effectively & efficiently (PST/SUP’s KPIs set & review regularly, training & coaching activities, PST/Sup development needs identification, reporting timing & accuracy).
• Monitor and take an appropriate action to ensure PST’s Performance achieved on agreed KPIs.
IV. Relationship:
• Work with Logistic Executive to ensure FOC delivery to warehouse on time with required quantity and quality.Co-ordinate with TEs to ensure smooth implementation all activation.
• Get feedback from market then report to relating department.
• Review and ensure all data before send to relating department (SMM/AM/TE) is on time, accurate and consistent.
• Work with agency & 121 HQ smoothly for execution of campaign plans in terms of retail communication.
V. Innovation:
• Plan and manage activities in the most effective and innovate way.
• To challenge the status quo, share best practice among other teams and generate learning from other teams.

Education
University graduate, preferably in business management.
Experience
Minimum 2 years’ commercial experience
Language
Minimum English B level, Vietnamese fluent
